L.A. City Council Approves Financing Plan For Downtown NFL Stadium

So it looks like the big money heavy weights got the deal approved to build a NFL stadium in down town Los Angeles. What team do you think will end up moving to LA ? Rumor has its going to be Chargers, Raiders, Jaguars, Bills or Rams. What’s your take ?
I was trying to do a little research and I came across this article in the LA Times about the Oakland Raiders possibly moving back to LA. After reading the article I could see the PSP and NPPL coming out with a article like this if HK ever decided to take the field again full time. – slop (link is below)
